REW Graphs

Hi All, I am enjoying my voyage of dicovery with REW and the BFD. I am at the stage when I have taken my first measurement and would like to investigate sending filter settings. I have read most of the threads but I need to know if the graph/s must be as measured (no smoothing) when applying filters? If it needs to be smoothed which one is best to apply?

No, do not use any smoothing when creating filters. Smoothing is never used with subwoofer graphs and only used to obtain a better view in full range plots so as to reveal the underlying trend that may be hidden as a result of comb filtering.
