| Distortion measurements? I would like to take some distortion measurements of my subs and speakers at various output levels and freq's among other things. How do I do this in REW? I know this seems like a dumb question, but I'm not sure. Is there a prefered way to do this? Do I just take a measurement like normal? Help is much appreciated? It's got to be more than what I'm thinking... | ||||

| Re: Distortion measurements? Use the signal generator in sine wave mode to produce the tones, make sure the "Add dither to output" box is checked then use the Spectrum/RTA plot to analyse what the mic is picking up and check the "Calculate Distortion" box. Use a Flat-Top window. There is more info in the Spectrum/RTA section of the help file. | ||||

| Re: Distortion measurements? Thanks John! I'll give that a go. I'm sure I'll have more questions later on. | ||||
