AFAIK with asio you choose one channel in the output left window and an other in the time reference right window. For front left + sub = channel 1.1 left output and 1.4 channel (or 1.3) in the right window.
In Windows 10, try setting windows sound settings as stereo, then just use the java driver. It was sending signal to front left and right (plus sub as I have my left and right crossed to my subs) when I tried this. I usually use the ASIO driver though.
If you search in this forum and others, yo will see that experts say that it is useless to test 2 channels in once other than for waterfalls.
