New to REW

I have benn reading threads on how to connect the rew. My question is when I calibrate the soundcard and rs meter do I keep the left channly loop back in while doing measurements? I'm sure I will have many queations when I start this . thanks in advance

The soundcard calibration is accomplished with a loopback in place (usually the right channel). This is then removed, and the meter and receiver connected (assuming you do not use the "use left channel as calibration reference" feature (that I don't recommend)).
