Mic Calibration format?

What format does a mic calibration file need to be in? Basically, the mic company is willing to do a cal but wants to know what format it needs to be in for REW.

Thanks-

Re: Mic Calibration format?

I believe it is space delimited:

Frequency Value One value per line.

It does not have to be complete, it could be two points if need be, but more is better, obviously.

Hope this helps.

Edit: original said there was phase information. REW does not use that, my cal file for Speaker Workshop had phase. My bad!

Re: Mic Calibration format?

Sorry, space delimited, but no phase.

Frequency Value <carriage return>

Re: Mic Calibration format?

Yeah, plain text, although mine are renamed to *.cal

Go to the downloads section (subforum under REW forums) and there's some sample cal files for the ECM8000 and Radio Shack SPL meter.
