Which place to choose among two for one sub only?

Hello,
In our home theater room, I can't change the furniture, nor the placement of the seats. I can't put any room treatment neither on walls nore on the ceiling. Guess why? Ok you know.
I am a molusk.
Now I can put my only sub ( no, I can't have a second one ) in 2 place only.

All the measurements are 1/6 smoothed.
Basically the left and the center speakers have the same response it is why I show center only. The Front right channel has the worst response.
I equed with REW manually

ASIDE THE FRONT RIGHT SPEAKER.

Here's the sub only

And the right and center fronts xo at 80:

ASIDE THE FRONT LEFT SPEAKER.

Here's the sub only

And the integration at xo 80

My brain says that the sub aside the right speaker is better but not my ears. The SS&I seems better if I put the sub at the side of the left speakers even with this abyssal dip around 58hz.

Any comments ?

Pretty graphs are nice and all, but when you get right down to it the sound is what matters. If you like it better on the left, place it on the left. If you can fix the dip at 58Hz with EQ/phase control/crossover adjustment, awesome... if you can live with it, just as well. If someone comes to your house, listens to your system, and then demands to see your REW graphs, politely ask them to leave.

Yeah. I am not sure that I can live with this dip because it seems to be an important frequency. I do not know where to begin to improve this if it is even possible. No, I can't change the listening position. I already tweak the sub distance a little bit from 270cm to 315cm. I can't change the polarity of the sub but could change the polarity of the right speaker? Don't think this is a good idea. It remains the phase (0 to 180 degrees) ? Or again to play with the sub distance in the receiver? Or lower the crossover at 60 or 50hz?

For the sub to the "right"... are you taking that measurement at the MLP? When listening are you sitting at the MLP?

When you say you don't like the sound... does it sound too boomy?

I would get external EQ...use REW...and attempt to dial-in the right position to my ear's liking.

I would get a second sub & put them is each position & tell the wife you misunderstood ("honey you said there can only be subs in two spots...that's what I did, a sub in two spots!!!). Works every time!

Yes all measurements to the MLP, the mic stays at the same place during the change of the sub position from the right to the left

HA! not easy to describe in english, let's say that whith the sub at the left, the sound stage "seems" to be more envelopping, fill the room better and that before EQ with the receiver filters.

Rotel as 10 adjustable filters for each channels (5 from 20 to 200hz and 5 from 1100 to 19 900hz) that I set with REW with quite not to bad results !
