If possible, a checkbox to calculate the distortion only on the visible area of the RTA graph would be excellent. Often measuring at higher frequency rates makes it much quicker, but there's often a rise in noise above 24 or 48khz. An option to limit the distortion, THD and THD+N calculations to the visible area only would eliminate this trouble while having the benefits of using higher frequency rates.
Calculating only on the display limits could be a bit problematic as the results would change whenever the graph was zoomed or scrolled. I'll add THD and THD+N figures for the 20 Hz .. 20 kHz span for the next beta though.
Fired up the new version and saw this today. Awesome. This helps a lot when testing electronics. The only other feature I'd like to see at some point is power vs distortion. Instead of sweeping frequency, freq would be fixed and arbitrary and power would be increased until THD reaches a certain limit or specified signal level. I know this kind of thing isn't the main goal of REW, but it goes hand in hand with some things and could also be useful for testing speakers.
Thanks!
