| REW Newb Needs Some Help Hey Everybody. Like the title says I'm a newb to REW but I can tell that it's what I need to tune my system. Unlike most of you, I'm a car audio buff. I just laid down a nice hunk of change on some new stuff and I need help tuning it. Below is a list of my equipment. I haven't bought an SPL meter yet, and I need a recommndation on that as well as any other equipment that I might be leaving out. I was looking at the Radio Shack digital SPL meter for $50, but I've read that the microphone on it is not good for full range audio (although I could be wrong) which is what I need. I'm trying to do this relatively cheaply if possible. Thanks in advance. In The Car: Alpine IVA-W200 Head Unit Alpine PXA-H701 Digital Audio Processor w/ 31 band EQ on each channel. You will also need a few cables and adapters which you can sort out if you read this REW Help file. That should get you started anyway.. brucek | ||||
