I was doing measurement for a new calibration file for Dirac Live. I was surprised by the graph (db level difference between left and right channel). When I created my filter Dirac applied a 3db gain difference between the channel. It sounded totally wrong. I took another measurement with REW, first making sure that both channel played at the same level (which they did, give or take 0,5 db). As you can see, the REW measurement is really strange ... Tried with different amp and speakers, same dip at 3500 and 11000. What could be the problem ? My Umik-1 mic ? Thanks for your help !
If I may suggest, could you give more details on your set up it will help experts here! I have had a problem maybe similar to yours but must know your settings to compare befor to tell.
Speakers are Totem Hawk. Amplifier is HK990. Using a PC (windows 10) as source feeding a Cambridge 851D DAC (USB input).
