Digital in REW?

brucek - in this post you say that you cant use digital out w/ REW. I used that same sound card (SB Live ext) and since I didnt know which "line-out" to use (cause there isnt one) I used an optical cable instead.. Everything seemd to work fine with the digital out.. What am I missing?
