Soundcard Calibration L/R Difference

Hi, I'm new to REW and am trying to calibrate my laptop soundcard, but the right channel is ~9db higher than the left. I've read the help files and searched the forum but can't figure out a reason for this or how to fix it. Am I missing something or does this mean my soundcard is at fault.

Any help is much appreciated.

Calibrating a soundcard involves only one channel. Why are you calibrating 2 channels?

Most laptops do not have a line-in port. A mic-in port is not usable with REW. Hopefully, you're using a laptop with a line-in or an external USB soundcard.
