| First post with pic. Hello!!! Get ready for some questions! lol Just got the BFD yesterday but the SPL meter from SVS didn't come yet so I borrowed the display model from radio shack. Before anyone questions my morals I told the guy I'm bringing it back and he didn't care and a bonus it had batteries in it. Who can wait all weekend anyway!!!! hehe I read the threads all week so I'll try my best to figure it out. | Re: First post with pic. Hello!!! Okay. So did you solve the "hum" problem? Can anyone suggest what one should do if the BFD actually causes some feedback/interference/ humming issues? If you don't have a BFD for your sub, get one fast! If you don't have REW, get it now! | |||

| Re: First post with pic. Hello!!! Actually I did figure out a work around after more hours than I care to admit. The hum would stop after I pulled the cable TV out of the back of the cable box. I noticed that if I just stuck the wire in and didn't screw it on I wouldn't get the hum and the picture was on. I took some masking tape covered the threads then screwed the cable back in at it was gone. Picture and sound are fine. Hope this can help others. | |||
