Printing REW Help Files

Hi everyone,

I'm sure I'm missing something, so help me out. I want to print out the REW help files, rather than read them online. The online documentation is slick, but I want to be able to read all of it and scribble in the margins. When I look at the online stuff, it's all hyperlinked, so it's hard to print it all as one document. I'd have to print each page individually, which I can do, but I'd rather print them all in one shot. Doing so will keep everything continuous.

I downloaded the help files and unzipped them on my PC, but they're pretty much the same format.

So, my question is ~~ is there any way to get the REW help docs all on one page, or perhaps all in one MS Word document?

Thanks!

Re: Printing REW Help Files

One approach would be to access the help files online and print out each "page". Only a couple dozens web pages to pull up for printing.

Speaking of help files - while I'm thinking of it - one thing that was a bit difficult to navigate when using the program is that many of the windows are set to be stickied on top. So when trying to go back in forth between the help it was rather awkward and I had windows in the way. Also there were times that for some reason I couldn't switch to the help or out of the help because of the state of REW.

One suggestion to address this would be to make the windows sticky but only within REW. This way once you switched to the help the various stickied windows would not be in the way. Not sure if this is possible, and not a big deal, but just wanted to throw that out there.

Yeah... I think the Settings window is like that too. Maybe John can work on that before the next full blown upgrade.
