REW will not calibrate the soundcard

Hi!

Two days ago i downloaded the latest version of REW, and everything worked fine.

Yesterday REW refused to calibrate the soundcard. I wired the output directly to the input, then set the output/input level to match, pushed "Next" button, and nothing happened. This worked fine the day before...

Here is what i tried:

Delete and download REW again.
Checked if the connections inside the PC is ok
Uploaded old cal.file of the soundcard, but when i push the measurement button nothing happens.
Shout and cry

I`ve waited 1 month for the Behringer, and when i finally get it REW wont measure.

Appreciate any kind of help!

Hi Ivan,

Please look in your home directory (the location is shown in the About... box) and look in the roomeqwizardxx.log.txt log files to see if any error messages have been logged. Also post a screen shot of the soundcard settings. To have the effect of a clean installation, removing all the old settings, use the "Delete settings and shut down" option in the Settings menu and start REW again.

Good to hear that Ivan. Did you find any info in the log files? Would be good to know what caused the problem so it can be avoided in future.

Hm, im sorry. Looked into the log files, but there where four of them, they where long and i could not quite figure them out.

Ah, sorry again. They are already deleted. In the happy rush of getting things together i got rid of old problems.
