| Parsing Error Creating Make Cal file I just installed REW and and having lots of fun - windows PC, Sound Blaster Live internalm Behringer mixer and ECM8000. Using only simply loopback, the soundcard appears to fall off about 10-20k and below 10HZ with a slight (1db) rise from 20hz to 100hz. When I go through the cal procedure, everything is fine, I get the above described curve, but when I go back to the settings window and click on Make Cal...and enter the file info, I get an error box stating: File Parsing Error at Line 8 Line has Frequency 0.0 which is not higher than the preceeding frequency 0.0 See help file.... I get the same errors when I try to load the cal file. I think it is making the cal file fine, but the loading is in error I installed Java 6 rather than 5 - could this be an issue? The cal file (or the first screen of it) is below. Any suggestions? db Soundcard Calibration data saved by Room EQ Wizard V4.00 Source: Input device not selected, no input selected, Right channel, volume: no control Format: 256k Log Swept Sine, 1 sweep Dated: Mar 24, 2007 3:08:51 PM Sample Rate: 48000 0.000 -54.448 0.200 -47.296 0.400 -40.470 0.600 -35.243 0.800 -30.375 1.000 -26.209 1.200 -22.540 1.400 -19.355 1.600 -16.699 1.800 -14.296 2.000 -12.399 2.200 -10.601 2.400 -9.261 2.600 -7.989 2.800 -7.015 3.000 -6.141 3.200 -5.450 3.400 -4.866 3.600 -4.380 3.800 -3.984 4.000 -3.628 4.200 -3.327 4.400 -3.037 4.600 -2.771 4.800 -2.508 5.000 -2.260 5.200 -2.024 5.400 -1.806 5.600 -1.612 5.800 -1.438 6.000 -1.295 6.200 -1.164 6.400 -1.060 6.600 -0.960 6.800 -0.872 Last edited by dbbarron; 03-24-07 at 02:33 PM. | |||
