REW okay for high frequency analysis?

I am wondering if REW should be used to measure the response of my tweeters. I think I may have read once that REW does weird things with high frequencies and that maybe a simple RTA program should be used instead for measuring high freq. response.

nah, it's fine.

You can't do it with an RS meter though, need a mic etc to do it.
