I can't seem to get past calibrating the sound card step. I am following the Help file but just not having any luck getting a flat reading. The Help here says I should have a nice flat result: http://www.hometheatershack.com/roomeq/wizardhelpv5/help_en-GB/html/calsoundcard.html#calmeasure

Here is a screen shot of my result of the soundcard calibration.

Here is also one of my preferences screen if that helps.

I am using a USB Dual Pre with a Dalton mic connected to that.

Any help would be much appreciated.

The screen shot looks like a room measurement rather than a loopback measurement. For the output side I recommend you install the M3DMixer from www.mandolane.co.uk and select that as the output device (it is not the cause of the problem, but will help). For the input side try selecting the USB Pre as the input device in REW, and also make sure it is set as the default input device in the Mac's Audio/Midi preferences. Also make sure the loopback is connected on the Right hand input (as selected in REW).
