| sb live setup help I'm trying to get usb sb live 24bit setup, but i'm not able to see everything that the setup guide shows. for example: on "surround mixer", the only slide bars that I have available are Master Control Volume, Source Volume, and CD Audio. No sliders for line in. I have my RS SPL hooked up to "line in" and I have my Receiver hooked up to the "front" I downloaded the latest drivers and I'm running on Vista. Any thoughts, thanks | ||||

| Re: Vista + sb live setup help thanks those posts sure helped. I was able to replicate the other's results, which is the difference between output and input. Still can't believe there aren't any new updates from creative for Vista users. Plus there are no applications like the EAX controls for Vista users either. Sad thing is I wanted to setup a dual boot and run xp on my laptop. I call Fujitsu and asked for the SATA drivers for my machine and they tell me that XP won't even work since certain pieces of hardware are designed specifically for Vista only. So I'll just wait and hope Creative, who is supposed to be the mother of all Soundcards, gets off their butts and figures things out. Now that i've got REW up and running I need to figure out if what I'm doing is right. Well, back to the forums for more reading. | ||||
