Logorithmic graphs REW

Hi all,

Going to try and use REW for the first time. One question though, how do I set the graphs to a logorithmic plot? I see a logorithmic sweep, is that what everyone is referring to? Thanks!

Hi there Shawn,

You can do it through the drop down menu labeled "Graph" and then there will be an option for "Frequency Axis Log/Linear." That will toggle between the two. Using the hotkey combination Ctrl-Shift-A will also toggle between the two.

I'm sure this is going to end up being a dumb question but...how do can you tell which mode you are in? I can switch back and forth but I don't see any indicator for which mode I am in. I can see an obvious difference but I don't know which is linear and which is logarithmic.

Linear mode has a linear spaced horizontal axis and logarithmic mode has logarithmic spacing for the horizontal axis.

I thought it was going to be a dumb question before I posted and then I knew it as soon as I did. I went back into REW, clicked the button again, and thought...Oh.
