Using REW with Hdmi output speaker 4

Hi,

I am trying to figure out how to work with REW, i just received my Umik mic a couple of days ago.
When i start to measure just with headphone output on the laptop it seems fine, but because my laptop has a Hdmi output as well i tried that one . Everything went fine measuring the front right and left front speakers and the center speaker all at about 75 to 80 Db. But when i entered speaker number 4 the subwoofer my house started to shake like grazy untill the tone went up to like 20 or 30 hz so you can actually hear the sound i heard it was so loud i was afraid to blow up my subwoofer(BK Monolith plus). After the measurement i see in the graphic spl of 100 to 110 Db and this was at the sweetspot so very loud.
So my question why is this happening when the other speakers only had an output of 75 to 80 Db and my sub 100 to 110 Db, when i measured with my headphone output the sub just was the same as the front speakers in spl.
