It appears to have the right features and specs...full duplex, separate line input. What OS are you running...mfr's web site doesn't have it qualified for Vista.

Im running XP, this was one of the cheapest ones I could find since it seems you dont need a fancy one to work. If anyone else has suggestions for cheap sound cards feel free to share. Thanks

The de facto standard (REW includes setup documentation for it) is the Soundblaster Live! External USB for $50 at your nearest Circuit City.
