Mac soundcard calibration

I get stuck right at the beginning!!!

I've a ppc powerbook of leopard. I can run the REW fine but when I try to calibrate the soundcard, it doesn't turn out correctly. I loop back the line-in / line-out and following the instruction fine. But the measurement result, as attached, is nothing like it should be. Am I doing something stupid? Someone kindly pointed me to a right direction?

Be sure you're using a line-in and not a mic-in (which isn't suitable).

Be sure you have all effects turned off and are in normal stereo mode with no monitor feature turned on.

Hopefully you're using stereo plugs (even though only one channel is used), since the jacks are stereo for line-in and line-out.

Thanks for the advice. I search the forum again and it looks like I should move to FuzzMeasure instead.

I'm using line-in, while actually there's only one input and no way I can change the preference. There should have no monitor feature to choose either.
