Samsung hlr5067w green squares

New User- I have a Samsung hlr5067w that is displaying green squares on the screen while using the HDTV tuner, does not display green squares when using my XBox 360 through the composite inputs.
Can anyone tell me define the problem? DMD board or Digital board?
I have read many of the posts regarding this and the best direction to take, just not sure of the proper diagnosis

I have read about the re-flow solution and found a new board w/o the DLP chip installed (BP96-01102A)

Looking for the best and most cost effective solution, luv the TV but do not want to sink more money than it is worth into parts.
THX

Likely the digital board. The bad connections on the DNIE chip are commonly causing this symptom, among others. There are many other possible causes, however. If applying pressure to the DNIE chip affect your symptoms you may have success having it reflowed.

Try here for BGA reflow:
