Re: SonoSplinter RL-P15 build

7 layers for each tube... WHat's your plan? Brace for the port? Triple top, quad bottom?

DIY satellites as well?

Re: SonoSplinter RL-P15 build

likely doubled base plates, doubled driver baffle and trippled top plates to help support the port tubes.
(just a guess).

Re: SonoSplinter RL-P15 build

Get your largest roundover bit..... That's your size...

Seriously, I have 6" ports and a 1/2" roundover, and no chuffing.

My largest routercutter is 30mm, but then the donut is going to be 60mm diameter, and thats large.
Have also a 15 mm cutter and if you dont have any chuffing thats the size i`m going to use.

Re: SonoSplinter RL-P15 build

You'll love them!

Beware though. Mine are jumping a bit on the floor at insane levels. I've been told it's because I have no baseplate. Maybe you should consider that in your design.
