| Minimum Power Thinking of going to a Soundsplinter driver with a pro amp for my HT. What would be a good inexpensive power amp choice to drive a RPL-15 in a 4.5 cu. in sealed box? Room size is 17' x 22'. Thanks! ![]() | ||||

| Re: Minimum Power It depends on which driver you plan to get D4 or D2 and your enclosure design. With your sealed 4.5cf enclosure if its a D2 I would probly go with the butkicker amp. Here are some good cheap amps.... http://www.amazon.com/Buttkicker-BKA...&s=electronics Last edited by Jerm357; 10-07-06 at 09:39 PM.. | ||||

| Re: Minimum Power I like the Behringer EP1500 and EP2500, both can be had at Parts Express. | ||||

| Re: Minimum Power I had my D2 RLP-15 in a sealed 4.5cubic ft sealed cabinet with one channel of ep2500 and it seemed like it wanted more power. I never tried bridgeing the two channels. A sealed design wants more juice. I made a ported sono and 750 watts is plenty. HK 635 Denon 1920 Onix 750 Rockets Sound Splinter RLP15 Sono | ||||

| Re: Minimum Power None of the BASH or Dayton plate amps have enough power for a sealed RL-p 15. | ||||
