As promised,
I have finally gotten some pictures... these aren't reall good but I think you get the idea from them.
The last pic is the Center channel I just finished today... There are more pics of it in the DIY Speaker forum page.

Thanks for all your help and when I figure out how to measure these, I will.

Take care
Dan

8. I wired the RLp15 2Ohm in Series and used 10ga. Silver Strand (40+ strands). This wire is special as it has a coating of Kapton over the wire and then a layer of Teflon. I also covered it with braided Kevlar sheathing and heat-shrinked the ends. Once attached to the speakers, I attached the wires at several places with retainers and then silver soldered them to the outbound connections which were protruding the bottom. I was very happy with the wiring.
May I ask where you got this speaker wire from? I'm currently on the hunt for some nice heavy-gauged wire.

He purchased the wire from epay. They sound great, especially with the Watt Puppy Clones I built, and the center channel He built

Dan, that's a great first sub project. How does she sound?? I'm also curious about the wheels, does it get moved around a lot? Actually, does it move itself around a lot? lol. In any case, it looks like a pretty classic sonosub, well executed. Good work!

Im wondering also about it rolling across the room. I remember when I tried out a SVS 20-39PCI on hardwood it danced all over the place. I know yours is heavier, but it also has more power and wheels.

It is on a hard wood floor and it never moves.
