Dual RL-P18 LLT for my 2000 cu ft HT soon

You can try it for sure. If you feel that 2 ohm bridged sounds better than 8 ohm bridged, use it.

That would be same as 8 ohm bridged (power wise). But the output level isn't necessarily exactly the same even though both gains are maxed out. So therefore I would use bridged instead.

Well, I know these amps are very similar, while the EP-2500 has a bit more caps, the power supply of the T-amp is slightly larger. Thanks for the info!

Because when connected in bridge, each amplifier sees half the load impedance. So 4 ohm stereo/parallel is same as 8 ohm bridged.

Because they are analogue attenuators, not necessarily very accurate. When connected in bridge, it isn't a problem because only channel A gain is active.

You were correct with your expectations... Running the amps at 2 ohm bridged didn't add a thing at all. It is about the same power as amps bridged 8 ohms (not a single db gain), but I didn't like the sound of the 2 ohm configuation... With some exageration I would say to my ears I felt the sound was a bit boomy and not as tight as the 8 ohm configuration.

Appearently, (as you told me before), this is the capability of the power supply, it will propably not exceed 2000W by much be it 8, 4 or 2 ohms

And therefore, I am just happy to have followed your advice and added to my equipment rack another amp

DO IT!

Go as big as you can on the screen, too. I run a 110" fixed frame screen (VuTec) but if I had to do over again would go a little bigger (as much as to 150"). I could never go back to those silly "little" screens.

That projector is getting good reviews so far. It sells in the U.S. as the Epson PowerLite Home Cinema 1080 UB for about $2,699.
