I got it from Stahlman Lumber... It was fairly pricey, so I would consider telling them you found it elsewhere for ~95$ and see what they can do.

It has been about 11 months now. Do you still like it? Anything you would change? Are you talking about the Stahlman Lumber on 59 south near Kirby (where you bought the sonotube)?
