PB12NSD vs. PC 20-39 Plus?

I'd go for the Plus, first of all, you can tune the Plus lower.
I think the better driver on the Plus would give you more output.

If I'm not mistaken two 3" ports of the one port plugged 20-39 should be more than or equal the single 4" port of the PB12NSD

tuning changes the low end, and is dependent on your room size / listening habits

i'd start with no ports plugged, and if you have unused headroom, plug a port and tune lower.
