Bi-Wiring/Amping question

Hey folks,

I currently have an Audiosource AMP 200, which is happily driving my non bi-wire capable speakers at the moment. I soon plan to upgrade my speakers, and they'll be bi-wire/amp capable.

My question is that the amp I have can power two pairs of speakers at the same time. I was thinking though, If I connected the 'low frequency/bass driver' cables to the second speaker terminals, and the 'high/tweeter' cables to the first, would that technically not be bi-amping?

Any help is much appreciated!

I've always considered running them bridged, but wouldn't that mean you won't get the L or R specific channels going to each speaker - just one mono signal - And it'd just power just one speaker, correct?

250w sure would be nice though.
