Hello all,
I have a big screen Mitsubishi HD1080 65". We've had it for around 4 years and lately the image has become distorted and somewhat blurry, the colors and contrast are not sharp. However, HD works perfect its just the channels that arent HD or regular movies/DVD's.
What could be wrong? is it the convergence chips or something like that?

Hi,

I have also Mitsubishi HD1080 TV but it is 55 inch. Model # WS-55807. Year of manufacture Aug 2000. Picture is having a Red and BLue shadow. I want to start a thread but I don't know how? Could you please let me vknow " how to start a new thread?". Thanks a lot.

Go to the Manufacturers Service and Support Forum, read the thread on convergence repair, then to start a new thread look at the top of the forum for the button on the left that says "new thread."

Thanks. I have started a new thread for Mitsubishi HD1080 TV, 55" , Model # WS-55807, year of manufacture Aug 2000. The problems are picture distortion ( best upwards from the bottom of the screen, sometimes) and Red and green shadows showing up on the screen on the right hand side of the picture or words.

I'm hoping to get some help for Gentlemen out there who are reading this forum.
