| Hello from Portland Oregon Hi there. I have been around for a bit in the home theater world. I have had a dedicated basement theater (12x26) for about 2 years now. I am going through my first real upgrade phase, just added blu-ray and hd audio and I thought, "why haven't I finished all my room acustics?" I have had a BFD on a my IB sub since the start but I never built my back corner traps or killed my 1st reflection points (do this you will like it). Right now I am plotting to hang traps from the ceiling and finishing the corner traps. Before I went to far I though I should take a waterfall to see where I was really at, I might look into taking some RT60 times a well. I have a "soft" front wall and I don't want to "kill" the room. When I used REW before I didn't take any waterfall data so I thoght I would upgrade to the latest version and see where I was at. After the corner traps I will want to re-eq the sub for sure. Thanks for all the great info it really helps people like me out ![]() | |||
