| Hello From Edmond Oklahoma! Howdy from a HOT Edmond, Ok. (107 degrees currently!) Anyway, I too stumbled across this site while researching DIY bass traps. I feel like I've struck gold with all the great info in the forums! I've been into hifi for roughly 20 years. (Ever since I bought my first Onkyo rack system & Mitsubishi speakers from a pawn shop in OKC.) I currenly have a pair of modest set ups in two different rooms. Main living room: Samsung 50" plasma, Elite 84 txsi receiver, 60gb PS3, DTV HD DVR, full Def Tech Mythos speakers, and an MFW-15 cherry sub. Bonus room (i.e. my 2 year old son's play room that I've slowly taken over): Onkyo 605, 40gb PS3, Tosh HD DVD, DTV HD DVR, AV123 fronts and center (cherry X-series), 50" Samsung plasma, Epson HC720 projo & FocuPix 92" electric screen, monoprice 6.5" in walls (2 pair) and another MFW-15 (cherry). Anyway, I'm always looking to tweak/improve my systems and the info I've found here so far has helped dramatically ...not to mention, saved me a lot of $$. So far, all the members seem knowledgable, respectful and helpful. I look forward to many future posts. Thanks again! | ||||
