Hello all.

I am here on a recommendation from another forum. Right now I am in the process of researching a DIY subwoofer for my home theater. I am in currently in the research phase with an anticipated build start date of late fall early winter of this year (starting in November or January).

Right now I am trying to decide on a design based on the layout and room acoustics. I am vey technically orienated so I am really into reading and reviewing the research on room acoustics and enclosure design.

My system currently consists of pieced together components and nothing exciting. Basically it is all very entry level stuff. No I mean really entry level. Over time I will be updating each component as I determine what is a good fit for my layout and design and needs/wants.
