DJ Dan huh? Cool... I deejayed for years back in the late 70's and early 80's and then again in the late 90's for a while. Yeah... I was brought up in the disco days. I did the night club scene for years, owned a mobile disco, etc., etc. Then in the 90's we got into the Karaoke/DJ mix of things, depending on what folks wanted. I sold that business about 3 years ago and retired from all the night life stuff... getting too old for it and just couldn't keep up with all the music anymore.

Hey Dan, welcome. I see that you've gotten started with a budget surround system. Have you checked out the 6-1/2" Best Buy Insignia speakers? link They're on sale now for just $40/pair and they're supposed to be the king of the super-budget speakers.
