http://s6.photobucket.com/albums/y23...ome%20Theater/ Several changes have been made in the original design -- there will be a rear subwoofer and two subs in the front; instead of a suspended ceiling, there will be electrical conduit from the AV closet carrying the various cables (HDMI, subwoofer and speaker, etc.) to their various end locations and the ceiling will be drywalled. The back of the AV cabinet is open to the interior of the AV closet for easy access to the rear of the components. The HT room is studded in, wired (three dedicated 20 amp isolated ground circuits) and the plumbing is in place. It is wired for either a front projector or a rear projector -- that decision has yet to be made (the family does not like viewing movies in total darkness). OTOH, progress is on temporary hold pending some projects that have been placed in priority ahead of finishing it by SWMBO* -- such as an overhaul of the main bathroom upstairs and some other projects that apparently were lurking for my retirement. *She Who Must Be Obeyed MikeSp Last edited by MikeSp : 08-15-06 at 04:46 PM. | ||||
