Hi

Just a quick post to introduce myself. I am an aspiring musician looking to learn all I can on doing home recording. I found this site because of the information on room acoustics which are currently a problem in my home studio.
Current equipment that I recently acquired is a Yamaha 01x mixer and Cubase SX 3.1.0 with which we hope to record a decent demo CD. Equipment used before that was an inca88 sound card and Mackie mixer.
I have already found some interesting info on your site thanks

Hello Dave and welcome to the Shack!

Seems like we have a thread where a member talks about building a studio. I don't think he's finished with it yet.

We are having acoustical problems in our fellowship hall and I'm about to be looking for solutions to that pretty soon.

Hopefully you'll be able to find some help. Of course we all love to chat.
