Nubie from Northern Alberta

Hey

I'm here with the hopes of getting good information on building a Home Theatre. I just bought a 2800 sq. ft. home with an unfinished basement. I am in the planning stage now and have a good idea of what I want. I'm tearing the walls out around my stairs at Christmas to make more room for a pool table. It will be an open concept room with a furnace room, washroom, gym equipment, bar, pool table, fooseball table and home theatre. I purchased a 4 1/2' x 9' pool table at a home show in Edmonton last week and they will hold on to it for me for up to one year. My basement is insulated, the outside walls are framed and within the next 2 - 3 weeks the basement door will hopefully be cut out. Just wish I wasn't working so much!
Looking forward to learning from everyone elses ideas and experiences.
