Registered for the REW, stayed for the knowledge stored here. I`m in the finishing stages, and will post pictures of my modest ht soon. Resently I went from B&W speakers all the way, to JBL Tik-series. Smartest move ever. I like the "JBL-sound" better.

Really? thats an interesting statement. It always comes down to the listener, Thats why I always say let your ears deiced what speakers you like.

Well, there are many different series B&W, but I had the somewhat rare DM 605s2 semiactive speakers. For me they were to sharp in the top end, and I had trouble getting them to play the bass I knew they could. The Tik-series are rounder in the top end and more dynamic. I have the Ti10k, Ti6k and the Ti2k. I also have the sub. Anyone wanna sell me their Tik-center....? Beautiful speakers. To look at AND to listen to.
