| Hello from Adelaide, Australia Hi All, I'm new!!! I'm a bit of a sound buff, wouldn't call my self an audiophile by any stretch. I've been mixing live for a couple of years. I am self taught so it might not sound great, but no complaints todate. I've had a passion for AV for a long time and my friends and family think I can be too fussy at times, especially when I complain to them about the sound in a cinema or live event. I work with high end multi-megapixel IP based video surveillance systems, building, repairing and upgrading computers. Needless to say I know a lot about computers. My current project has been in the planning stage for the past two years. My wife and I bought our house with the intension to build a dedicated home theater which is finally taking place (see details in the Home Theater Design and Construction Forum).
