New Canadian Member

Hello out there. A new member here from Canada.

I have some wood working experience and I was online one day looking at HT speakers and subs when I came across this site. I was blown away at the vast array of DIY projects members here have built. I would like to be apart of that.

I was going to order some stuff from parts express to start my own DIY sub woofer. But after getting to the check out I was appaled at the extra costs to ship to Canada. The Brokers fees, Customs charges, and Shipping rates were nearly 50% of the cost of the order. So needless to say I have held off on ordering.

I am wondering If there are other Canadians out there that have places online that they order from, preferably in Canada.

I am looking for a decent subwoofer and subwoofer amp. There must be other stores in Canada that sell similar equipment as parts express.

Any Help would be greatly appreciated.
