Re: Hello from Austria

Hey Dieter... welcome to the Shack!

I can see myself getting those two (Austria and Australia) confused.

Nice system! Can you give us a run down on that Ruby in Video Display Devices? Thanks!

Welcome Ginsonic!
You have a very nice system indeed. Do you favor HT or music?

If you don't have a BFD for your sub, get one fast!
If you don't have REW, get it now!

No problem, but it is easy. They have Kangoroos, we have for instance Mozart !

When I find a little more time, I will post some pictures of my HT.

@Exocer:
I favor more HT than music, although my new Arcam system is also adapted for music. But I LOVE concert DVDs !

Re: Hello from Austria

Welcome Dieter, I saw a Ruby for the first time in a demo room today - very impressive, it just needed a good calibration to bring out its full potential. It kills similar priced competition.

Re: Hello from Austria

Hi Phil,

Yes the Ruby is very impressing. I calibrated mine by myself (Colorvision Spyder2 system) to tap the full potential, and there IS much more potential in it.

Re: Hello from Austria

Hey Dieter... why not start a thread in Video Display Devices and give us a spill on how the Spyder2 system works. I would think that would be interesting.
