| Greetings from new DEQ2496 owner I found this site searching Google for setup tips for my Behringer DEQ2496 that I recently purchased to assist with room correction for my 2-channel system (see bio). I'm hoping the Room EQ Wizard will soon support the DEQ2496, though I'm going to try it anyway as a stand-alone measurement tool. | |||

| | Re: Greetings from new DEQ2496 owner Hey nathanso and welcome to the Shack! Glad you stumbled across us. I think it's somewhat in the plans to eventually have the REW setup for the DEQ2496, but JohnM has to purchase a unit so that he can do this. As you suggest though... REW will still work well with it, you just won't be able to auto load the filters. You can still have REW help you determine the needed filters and then manually load them, which is what a lot of people do with the 1124.... if they don't have a MIDI interface. I actually did it manually for about 5 years. | |||
