Just wanted to say hello. I've been lurking here for a while and actively participate on several other boards, but I like the laid back style here so thought I'd register and get involved. I've also seen 2 other people from Alabama here, so it helps me feel right at home.

Where is Hayden located near? I'm in Luverne, about 40 miles south of Montgomery off Hwy 331... wife and I both work in Troy.

Hayden is about 25 miles north of Birmingham. The wife and I both work in B'ham and we just go straight up I-65 till we hit the Hayden exit. We're then 6 miles from the interstate. We were just down your way 2 weeks ago visiting my sister-in-law and nephew. They live in Panama City Beach, Florida. To everyone else, thanks for the welcome.

Yeah, you probably came right through Luverne... at least most folks up your way come through here when heading to the beach.

I've probably seen Hayden on the signs while driving up I-65. It has been years though.
