New Guy from Minneapolis, MN

I am fairly new to HT and I am trying to absorb as much info as possible. I saw this forum mentioned over at the AVS forum and decided to join!

Right now my equipment is as follows:

50" Samsung Wide screen DLP HDTV
Onkyo 803
Klipsch Reference 6.1 surround
Series 3 HD TiVo with Comcast Cable
Samsung up-scaling DVD player

I am currently awaiting my new sub form ED model # A2-300.

What I am hoping to get from this site is how to set up my equipment to get the best sound and picture out of what I have. I am open to any suggestions!!
