ha ha, I actually tried to post the name of the site that got me interested in anything related to home theater, but whoops. lol. Anyway, the gist of the post was that I'm a newbie to most areas of home theater and my experience is more centered around headphones and high-end audio rather than the main parts of home theater such as surround sound and hdtv's. Thanks for your patients with a noob like me.
