Welcome to the Shack! We'll have to see about turning at least one of your theaters into an elaborate setup

Re: Greetings from Minneapolis

Thank you, Darren, and Nova.

My set up is ok, but I would have liked to have had a Front Projector set up, and two levels of seating, ect..

I do want to learn about acoustic treatments, and bass traps.

Glad you're here. Stick around, there's a lot of knowledge about acoustic treatments and the likes here.

Hi and Welcome,

I see you're running MTX in-walls. What are your thoughts on their performance. I have to admit I haven't heard in-walls and am curious to know about their performance.

Re: Greetings from Minneapolis

The MTX's seem to sound ok to me....but I have nothing to compare them to.

The main system I have the HT825's for the Front, and Rear surrounds, and the HT2625W for center.

In my second system I have the MTX620W's for the front, and rear surrounds.

Like I said, they sound ok to me.....the main reason for the inwalls........"The Wife"....I painted them to match the walls.

Yeah, pleasing your wife is important. I just buy something nice my wife really wants and later when she is saying what a great guy I am, I through out some hints of my new project.

Re: Greetings from Minneapolis

Yeah, one thing I know I will never hear from my wife is "can we get bigger speakers, that set on the floor"
