Hello jwhite and welcome to the Shack!

Looks like you got your login problems solved... if you still need help, let me know.

You'll notice a huge difference if you can manage to snag a PB10, however, your apartment neighbors may not like you as well.

Thanks my login problem was windows security preventing download, I had to click on a long bar under the address bar.

When I buy the PB10 do I need the BFD?

When you get the PB10 you would then want to measure the response in your room to determine if you need a BFD. You may want to familiarize yourself with REW.

I bet you are.

If the subwoofers didn't give it away, the Beyerdynamic DT 770 did.

I'm with the Senn HD650 now. Ask me if you're curoius about using REW to help EQ headphones.

Okay you got me Im a bass nut. i used to have two Rockford Fosgate Power HX2's in a huge car sub box connected to my reciever, ran though a eq and powered by a QSC 2450 pro amp. I dont know how acurate the qulity was but they shoock the air and rattled my dads entire house!

Once a bass nut...always a bass nut....
After 40 years I'm still one..although I have tamed down a bit in the latter years...
Would love to see some pics of your set up..
