| Hi from Melbourne Hi all, My name is Dave and I'm from Melbourne, Australia. I design and manufacture components for the motor racing industry for a living. I heard about your site from a mate (absolute HT nut) who uses Room EQ Wizard, had a look, liked it, joined up. I am about to get a BFD for my new SVS sub and the information that you provide on this site will be very helpful, and is much appreciated. Thanks | |||

| | Re: Hi from Melbourne Hey Dave and welcome to the Shack! Glad you like the forum and joined up. You'll be a part of it from its beginning. Today begins our second full month of being open. We are sure getting a lot of folks from Australia... a country I have always wanted to visit and hope to one day. If you can wait.... you might win a BFD. I know it's tough to wait it out sometimes though. I'd probably be too anxious myself. Motor racing huh? No NASCAR in Australia is there? Is there a circuit there? | |||

| Re: Hi from Melbourne Hi Sonnie, Yes there used to be, my brother in law used to race. We had a track at a place called Calder Park, but I guess it just never caught on. Holdens (GM) vs Ford is all the rage down under ( called V8 Super Cars). Still, we have a very big Speedway following here, and I often see quite a few Americans racing here. | |||
