My names Dave Leonard. I've been into 2 channel audio most of my life (since about the time of the mastodon extinction). Since my wife and I both enjoy movies, it only makes sense to use my 2 channel system with the movies. Don't have much video stuff yet, but maybe someday. In the meantime, I'm reading up on it and this looks like a good place for learning more.

I look forward to my leaning experience here.

This is an exiting time to be getting into HT. The new hi-def formats and media are going to make home movie watching that much better.

I know a guy at work that has a nice two-channel system that he's never bothered to integrate with his TV. To much of a purist?

Anyway, you're off to a good start.
